CLADINC.

CLADinc. (Caron Lagacé Architecture + Design) is an architecture firm founded in 2016 by Carole Caron, AANB and Sylvain Lagacé, AANB. Although the firm is new, both partners bring more than 30 years of combined experience in the field of architecture.

Carole has been a registered architect for over 20 years. She is a member of the AANB, the "Ordre des Architectes du Québec" and of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. She has previously operated her own firm, Aedifex Architecture Inc, from 2007 to 2015. As a partner at CLADinc., her main roles are code compliance and project management. Her vast knowledge of the building code, various standards/guidelines and her great organizational skills allow her to ensure that all projects are executed on schedule and meet applicable regulations.

Sylvain, has been a registered member of the AANB since 2012 and is a member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. As a partner at CLADinc., his responsibilities are mainly the design/technical aspects of projects: Preliminary design, envelop detailing, coordination with the engineering team, quality assurance of construction documents and construction administration. Over the years, he has honed this expertise as the project architect for various projects across the province.

In a nutshell?  From start to finish, we help commercial and institutional building owners skip the headaches and truly make the most out of their budget when it comes to renovations or new constructions. By making sure that the buildings are safe, aesthetically pleasing, functional and that their visitors are comfortable, we create a place that is at once enjoyable to look at and to live in.
